WELB Music Service Interactive is tried, tested and completely configurable by teachers and by schools. In addition, our comprehensive service includes training and support, online and offline delivery systems, lesson planning and organisational tools, administrative interface for managers, and communication tools for teachers and students. It’s reliable, trustworthy and comprehensive.

It’s a seamless interface, giving you everything you need for a complete eLearning system. Not only is the system comprehensive, it’s also specifically designed to interface with other eLearning systems and VLEs, meaning it’s quick and easy to integrate and start using straight away.

WELB Music Service Interactive is a web-delivered product and the only technical requirements for full access are a reasonably modern web-browser (IE6+, Firefox, Safari, Opera) with a Flash 8+ plug-in. Broadband access (128kbps minimum, 500kbps and upwards recommended) rather than dial-up is also required, due to the streaming audio/video assets and the ability to download for offline use, lessons which can be in excess of 10mb.

The back-end systems use open source software and servers (MySQL, Ruby on Rails, Apache). It’s easy to integrate with school management information systems or other systems to establish user accounts and a single login.

We are in the process of establishing a single-sign-on integration with access being provisioned via Shibboleth. We are Glow compliant and already offer SCORM export of lessons into Moodle and VLEs. Telephone and email technical support is always available during normal working hours.
