Using your interactive whiteboard to help teach recorder stimulates children to play and learn in a new way.
WELB Music Service Interactive is delighted to be able to bring you a state of the art recorder course. Interactive recorder foundation is a highly engaging recorder primer designed for classroom use on interactive whiteboard and home use through your school’s VLE. All the material is fun and easy to play and can be delivered by specialist and non-specialist teachers.
Written by the ever popular children’s music author Jane Sebba, each piece provides a wealth of playing and singing activities and the music will entertain and motivate children to want to play them again and again.
Access to these resources is normally by annual subscription to the Music Service. However, this year as part of our ongoing program of support for music education in WELB, and thanks to funding from ‘Achieving Derry - Bright Futures’ this invaluable resource is absolutely FREE of charge to schools in the Derry City Council area and for use by all WELB instrumental tutors.
